- Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.

- Price of a product might vary in Artisan stores and website due to special offers and availability
- Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such situation, Artisan has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.
Shipping Policy:
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 3 business days
- Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 5 business days
- Inside Dhaka delivery fee is 60 Taka
- Outside Dhaka Delivery fee is 120 taka
Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
