Return, Refund and Exchange :
You can exchange your purchased product from any Artisan showroom within 10 (ten) days and refund it within 3 (three) days.
The conditions will be applied as below :
- The tag should not be removed.
- Bring the invoice with you.
- In case of online paid order’s refund, the payment gateway charge (2.5%) will be deducted from total received amount.
