The Artisan Digital Gift Voucher offers a convenient and secure way to shop for your favorite Artisan Outfitters products — the perfect gift for any occasion.

Vouchers can be purchased through pre-payment methods such as Mobile Banking or Debit/Credit Card.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for voucher purchases.

💳 How It Works

1. Purchase Online
   Buy your Artisan Digital Gift Voucher directly from the Artisan Outfitters website at artisanclick.com.
2. Voucher Allocation
   When multiple vouchers are purchased (e.g., Tk. 2,000, Tk. 5,000, Tk. 10,000), Artisan will allocate each voucher amount separately to the customer’s account.
3. In-Store Redemption
   Visit any Artisan retail outlet, choose your desired products, and inform the cashier that you wish to redeem your digital voucher.
4. Verification Process
   The cashier will request your mobile number and voucher amount, input them into Artisan’s POS system, and initiate an OTP verification process.
5. OTP Confirmation
   An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Provide this code to the cashier to confirm redemption.
6. Payment Adjustment
   If your total purchase exceeds the voucher value, you may pay the remaining balance in cash or by card.

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Valid only for regular-priced products.
   Discounted vouchers are not applicable to discounted items. They can only be used on regular-priced products.
2. Voucher activation is tied to the customer’s provided phone number.
3. The redemption OTP will be sent to the phone number associated with the Artisan Outfitters account.
4. Redeemable only at official Artisan Retail Stores.
5. Activation occurs within 48 working hours after payment, excluding weekends and government holidays.
6. Validity period: 2 months from the activation date.
7. The purchase amount must be equal to or greater than the voucher value.
8. The full voucher value must be used in a single transaction. If the purchase total exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid in cash or by card.
9. The return policy does not apply to voucher purchases.
10. Not applicable for Perfumes and Accessories.
